Christmas used to but about family and coming together. But these days its about PS5 and the newest jordans and the money.... They all about give me this and give me that that they have no idea the reason for the season.... Its sad parents we have to do better... We me must make our kids understand that there is a struggle behind every PS5 someone struggled for it behind it or invovling it. And not every child gets a "christmas" I think so many babies take it for granted because they have two workin parents. Having parents to "do christmas" for you is not a given its a blessing..... As a parent on a regular basis what are we doing to help ur children learn how to give back, how to be good hearted action people.... We can start by gathering up all you kids old toys (since they just got new ones) and take them to the salvation army and drop them off same with clothes, shoes, clothes, etc. Since new thngs were just given now is the perfect time to get rid of the gentley used for those that could use help right now. Thats just one way, another is if any food was over bought for the holidays the same thing it can be passed on to a food shelf that is is need. There are so many ways to give back and help the next in need thats such a small part of your world.
